Green Mountain High School

To prepare our students for the future, Green Mountain High School combines the rigor and relevance of a 21st century education with a personalized curriculum that encourages students to explore their talents and passions.

From their very first day our students are connected with the big picture of how their high school training relates to their university studies and future employment.  They are exposed to capstone research, professional networking, university and job credits, internships with business partners, and community outreach.

At the heart of our curriculum is the Green Mountain Academy Advantage – the only career academy program offered in all of Jefferson County.  The Academy Advantage allows students to specialize in their field of choice with intensive classes, projects, and business internships that, upon graduation, make our students stand out from the crowd in the eyes of both universities and employers.
